Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Bengawan Plasindo Karanganyar, melalui teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (signifikan), uji F(ketepatan model) dan uji R2 (koefisien determinasi) yang di ambil dari populasi sebesar 450 orang serta sampel sebesar 82 orang.
