Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit gangguan metabolik menahun yang diakibatkan oleh pankreas yang tidak memproduksi secara cukup insulin atau insulin yang diproduksi secara efektif tidak dapat digunakan oleh tubuh.
