Hasil Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2012 menunjukan Angka Kematian Bayi sebesar 32 kematian/1.000 kelahiran hidup, 50 % kejadian kematian terjadi pada 24 jam pertama dan 75 % kematian terjadi pada minggu pertama.
