Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi perilaku agresivitas verbal pada siswa SMP melalui pelatihan manajemen diri. Subjek dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu 10 siswa SMP X di Surakarta yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil catatan guru BK yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa tersebut melakukan perilaku agresivitas verbal dengan frekuensi paling banyak.
