Penyidikan tanah menggunakan boring pada titik B2 menunjukkan bahwa lapisan tanah keras maksimum berada pada kedalaman 25 meter, sementara hasil bor tangan mengidentifikasi tanah berupa pasir sedang berwarna coklat keabu-abuan.
