Sistem rujukan BPJS Kesehatan dirasakan masih belum efektif dan efisien, khususnya ditingkat FKTP/ Puskesmas. Angka rujukan bulan Januari Tahun 2024 di UPTD Puskesmas Kroya I adalah 32,48%, sedangkan angka idealnya tidak boleh lebih dari 15%.
