đ Abstract
Gender equality can be defined as Women and men have thee opportunity for equal rights and treatment in all aspects of life, this aspect covers several fields including the political, economic, social and cultural fields, in South Korea itself this issue is very important to note because in South Korea gender equality is still a challenge for the ginseng country. The low level of gender equality in South Korea has an impact on the economy, therefore international organisations such as the Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) make several efforts to overcome gender equality. Although South Korea has a fast economy and human development, gender equality is not comparable to the progress in the ginseng country.
