📄 Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain and delineate the efficacy of the in-house training method in enhancing teacher proficiency in utilizing the Google Classroom application as an online learning platform during the Covid-19 pandemic for MI Darul Hikam Kalirejo Undaan Kudus educators. This research employs a field research methodology with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method employed in this research is observation and documentation. The results indicate that the competence of MI Darul Hikam Kalirejo teachers has increased to a level that meets the sufficient criteria. The aforementioned criteria have thus far been unable to yield significant results. It can be concluded from the results of the in-house training that the teachers are well prepared to use Google Classroom as a distance learning medium. This is evidenced by their readiness to prepare documents on the use of Google Classroom as a distance learning medium.
