JDH started from volume 1 in 2018 published four times a year in March, June, September and December. Jurnal Daulat Hukum is a journal which examines contemporary legal issues both in terms of the philosophical, theoretical, and the implementation of the law. We accept manuscripts of research results and ideas, reviews, theory / concept / methodology and other scientific work in the field of law. The text entry criteria is a script that has never been published in any other media. And the goal of JDH is to develop and improve the Law Knowledge and Legal Studies. Jurnal Hukum jurnal hukum is a peer-reviewed journal published by Faculty of Law, JURNAL HUKUM published four times a year in march,June, September and december. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers, and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The scope of the articles published in this journal deals with a broad range of topics in the fields of Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Islamic Law, Economic Law, Medical Law, Adat Law, Environmental Law and another section related contemporary issues in law. The articles published in JURNAL HUKUM are going through a double-blind peer review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board€™s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation. Please read and understand the author guidelines for preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. Editorial Team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

Jurnal Hukum Khaira Ummah (JUHUKU) SINTA 3 based on Kemdiktisaintek’s Degree No: 286/DST/C3/HM.01.00/2026 (7 April 2026) is published every 4 times a year, namely March, June, September and December. Published by the Masters Program (S2) of Law, Faculty of Law, UNISSULA Semarang, as a publication media for scientific works of students, lecturers and the wider community in the development of progressive, responsive and value-laden legal science. First published in March 2006 when it was still printed on paper and starting in 2017 entered the electronic publication system. The editorial team accepts scientific conceptualization and research results, a maximum of 20 single-spaced quarto pages.
