Jurnal Komunikasi AGUNA diterbitkan oleh Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Kata AGUNA berasal dari bahasa Sansekerta yang artinya berguna atau bermanfaat. Merujuk pada makna AGUNA tersebut, diharapkan artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam Jurnal Ilmu Komunikasi AGUNA mempunyai manfaat teoretis dan praktis bagi kalangan akademisi maupun masyarakat.
