Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis atau mendeskripsikan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Kelurahan Wulung Kecamatan Randublatung Kabupaten Blora dengan menggunakan teori dari Parasuraman, Zeithaml, dan Berry dalam Ratminto dan Atik Septi Winarsi (2007: 182-183) tentang 10 indikator yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kualitas pelayanan publik, yang kemudian disimpulkan oleh Zeithaml dalam Hardiyansyah (2011:46) menjadi 5 indikator atau dimensi untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan publik.
