Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan burnout pada perawat. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : 1) burnout berkorelasi dengan efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial; 2) efikasi diri berkorelasi negatif dengan burnout, semakin rendah efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi dukungan sosial; 3) dukungan sosial berkorelasi negatif dengan burnout, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial, maka akan semakin rendah burnout.
