Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kekatifan berorganisasi dan konsep diri terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto.
