Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Depok merupakan rumah sakit yang dibangun oleh pemerintah Kota Depok. Gedung F RSUD Kota Depok pada tahun 2013 silam pernah dibangun tetapi proses pembangunan ini terhenti sejak triwulan 2014. Kondisi elemen struktur atas yang ada (kolom lantai) yang sudah terbangun tidak terawat sehingga terjadi penurunan mutu beton.
