Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepatuhan pekerja terhadap prosedur keselamatan kerja pada ketinggian di Proyek PT X Pekalongan sesuai dengan Permenaker Nomor 9 Tahun 2016. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi pekerja sebanyak 50 orang.
