SURYA ABDIMAS is a journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo as a publication media for the results of the implementation of Community Service activities. Starting in 2021, Surya Abdimas is published four times a year: January, April, July, and October.
Aim & Scope
Surya Abdimas is a journal that examines the development and application of Science and Technology to society at large as a form of publishing the results of community service activities, which include concepts, models and their implementation as an effort to increase community participation in development. Surya Abdimas covers (but is not limited) to the field of community service, including: 1. Community Services, Community Economic Empowerment, Local Food Security; 2. Training, Marketing, Appropriate Technology, Design; 3. Community Empowerment, Social Access; 4. Student Community Services; 5. Border Areas, Less Developed Areas; 6. Education and Training for Sustainable Development; 7. Empowerment of Local Potential, Local Wisdom for the Benefit of the Ummah. 8. Science for the Community
