Semakin naiknya harga kayu jati di pasar internasional yang dihargai Rp.5.000.000 hingga Rp.22.000.000/meter kubik mendorong banyak pelaku usaha menawarkan peluang investasi di tanaman jati ini. Potensi keuntungan 2000 sampai 10.000 persen pada tahun ke 10. Sementara untuk pasar indonesia harga kayu jati sekarang mencapai Rp 8.000.000/m3 sampai Rp 12.500.000/m3 (bukausaha.com). The purpose of this research is to find out if the company which paying big dividend have better earnings quality than companies that paying small or do not pay dividend. The number of data samples 87, from manufacturing companies specified consumer goods in year of 2011-2013.
