Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak angka melek huruf dan tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Banten. Data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten terdiri dari data angka melek huruf,pertumbuhan penduduk dan data pengangguran dalam kurun waktu tahun yaitu 2011-2019. This study evaluated the profile of microbial growth inhibition on tofu treated by the essential oil of the selected spices. The microbial growth on the tofu was visually observed by the pour plate method, while their number was enumerated by the indirect optical density (OD) method.
