Latar Belakang. Ketuban Pecah Dini atau KPD terjadi karena melemahnya daya tahan ketuban dipercepat dengan adanya infeksi yang mengeluarkan enzim proteolotik dan kolagenase. Faktor resiko terjadinya preeklampsia diantaranya paritas dan letak janin. Pada tahun 2025 terdapat 562 ibu bersalin dan 220 diantaranya mengalami KPD atau 39,14%. Tujuan. Latar Belakang. Sekitar 342.000 ibu hamil mengalami preeklamsia. Preeklamsia termasuk dalam tiga penyebab utama komplikasi selama kehamilan maupun persalinan.
