Perlindungan hukum bagi anak korban kekerasan seksual di Indonesia masih merupakan perlindungan hukum yang bersifat “in abstractoâ€, artinya perlindungan hukum semata-mata merupakan perlindungan yang tidak langsung. Majelis Mahkamah Agung menolak pernyataan konsumen mengenai perjanjian fidusia. Ketentuan Undang Undang Nomer 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen tidak dipertimbangkan oleh majelis hakim, tetapi hanya mempertimbangan Undang Undang Nomer 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Fidusia, ternyata nilai keadilan yang ingin dicapai konsumen tidak terwujud.Kata kunci : konsumen, nilai keadilan.
