Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi ekstrak daun teh hijau dan suhu pemanasan terhadap sifat fisik antimicrobial edible film (AmEF) dari gelatin tulang ayam. Selain itu memanfaatkan limbah tulang ayam, yang akan digunakan dalam pembuatan produksi gelatin, sehingga akan menambah nilai jual dan nilai guna pada limbah tersebut.
