Pelayanan Kesehatan (Studi Rawat Inap Di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas), Kecamatan Baturetno Kabupaten Wonogiri)

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the quality of health service take care of to lodgecenter of health people (PUSKESMAS), subdistrict Baturetno, Regency Wonogiri. Theoreticallyquality aspect which can be used as indicator to assess quality of health service, that is:profession appearance (clinical aspect), efficiency and effectiveness, safety and patientsatisfaction. This research use the research type qualitative descriptive. The data sampling takenpurposive method include doctor, nurse, administrative energy, patient and also patient family. Asfor result from this study is health service specially take care of to lodge in Puskesmas Baturetnoof regency of good Wonogiri appear result, this matter seen from medical service given by doctorand also nurse as according to standard which have been specified in the Puskesmas, evenmedical energy goodness of doctor and nurse very responsive to requirement of patient and alsopatient family.Key Word : Service, Quality, Health
