ANALISIS LINEAR PROGRAMMING UNTUK OPTIMASI LABA DENGAN METODE SIMPLEKS PADA UD MAKMUR LESTARI DI KARANGANYAR

Economic revival after the pandemic comes within new industries that competing to overcome the market. Industries sector have to optimize their production in order to gain as much profit as possible. This optimization process must observe the usage of production factors and resources in order to get the most optimal production level. This research conducted in Usaha Dagang Makmur Lestari which is one of industries that engaged in the convection bussiness with the intention of: 1) Determine the quantity of optimized product for short shirt, long shirt and pants based on linear programming analys with simplex method at UD Makmur Lestari in Karanganyar. 2) Analys and determine the maximum annual profit for UD Makmur Lestari in Karanganyar. This research using linear programming simplex method to analyze with quantitative and qualitative data. The source of data in this research gained with primer and sekunder method. Result of the analys with linear programming showed that optimal production determined for 70.044 units short shirt only, without another combinations of product with remaining resource in the form of 33.247 m2 clothes and Rp 98.061.600 maximum annual profit.
