Gambaran Anisositosis Eritrosit Perokok Aktif pada Mahasiswa Akademi Analis Kesehatan (AAK) Pekalongan Tahun 2023

Smoking habit is proven to be a cause of several diseases that attack human organs. One of them is chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. psycho is very influential on hemoglobin in the body's hemoglobin synthesis occurs during the process of erythropoiesis. Erythropoiesis is the process of forming red blood cells (erythocytes). Erythrocytes have variations in size, shape, and color variations that can be seen in the peripheral blood smear (SADT). Most likely an active smoker has an abnormality in size (anisocytosis) caused by substances attached to cigarettes. The riset is to determine the presence of active smoking erythrocyte anisocytosis in Pekalongan Health Analyst Academy students in 2023.This type of research is descriptive with an overview of anisocytosis using the SADTmethod. The sample for this study was active smoking students at the Pekalongan Health Analyst Academy in 2023 with a total sampling technique of 15 people. The results of the examination of anisocytosis in 15 samples of active smokersshowed anisocytosis in 11 samples (73.33%) in the moderate anisocytosis category and 4 samples (26.67%) in the moderate category. It was concluded that smoking causes hemoglobin abnormalities which affect the morphology of erythrocytes, while the degree of anisocytosis is directly proportional to the duration and number of cigarettes smoked.
