Business Law Analysis of Investment Development Strategies in the Regional Autonomy Era: Legal Certainty, Institutions, and Central-Regional Synergy

đ Abstract
This study examines investment development within regional autonomy, emphasizing the importance of legal certainty, institutional governance, and coordinated interaction between central and local governments. The research aims to analyze regional strategies for strengthening the investment climate and to identify forms of legal certainty and authority synergy that influence regional investment performance. Using a normative juridical method, the study reviews relevant legislation and secondary sources. The findings show that regulatory harmonization, streamlined licensing, consistent spatial planning, and stable policies serve as key determinants in enhancing regional investment growth.
