MITIGASI BENCANA SOSIAL POLITIK SEBAGAI KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK BERBASIS DEMOKRASI PANCASILA

AbstractMitigation of Social and Political Disasters as a Pancasila Democracy-Based Public Policy as an idea, because experience and knowledge show that the political process has an increasingly negative impact on the existence of the Republic of Indonesia. First, every political process that initially runs safely and peacefully, but more and more years of simple election political processes such as the Kades, Kada, President and Legislative elections, always arises which initially does not affect social relations in society, but the upheaval increases in quality and the quantity. Second, the quality and quantity of noise as a result of the political process, especially in this 2019 political year which increasingly tends to threaten the integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. Third, this tendency is caused mainly by a number of narrow-minded political elites, utilizing SARA factors, especially religion as a political tool. Fourth, SARA which was originally a potential development development towards the welfare of the people, turned into a problem that tends to threaten the existence of the Indonesian state, like "fire in the husk". This is therefore to return the function of SARA as a potential for national development, towards a just and prosperous society, carried out through Social and Political Mitigation as proposed.
