PERBEDAAN KEPUASAN PERKAWINAN ISTRI BEKERJA DAN TIDAK BEKERJA PADA USIA PERNIKAHAN 5-10 TAHUN

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kepuasan perkawinan pada istri yang bekerja dan tidak bekerja pada usia pernikahan 5-10 tahun. Penelitiaan ini menggunakan komparasi (uji beda). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang yang tinggal di Kecamatan Tengaran, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan 30 orang istri bekerja dan 30 orang istri tidak bekerja dengan karakteristik usia pernikahan 5-10 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Enrich Marital Scale (EMS). Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik uji Independent Sample T-test. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebesar (0.052 > 0.05). Maka hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan tidak terdapat perbedaan kepuasan perkawinan pada istri bekerja ataupun tidak bekerja pada usia pernikahan 5-10 tahun. AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there are differences in marital satisfaction in working and non-working wives at the age of 5-10 years of marriage. This research uses a comparison (t-test). The participants in this study were 60 people who lived in Tengaran District, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 30 working wives and 30 non-working wives with characteristics of 5-10 years of marriage age. Data collection methods using the Enrich Marital Scale (EMS). The data analysis technique uses the Independent Sample T-test test technique. The results obtained in this study amounted to (0.052> 0.05).
