Analisis Efikasi Diri, Pengembangan Karir, Dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BLU UPTD TRANS Semarang
đ Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance on the performance of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees. The object of the research was BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees in the administrative staff section with a sample size of 86 employees using stratified proportional sampling technique from a population of 109 employees. The data in this study were obtained primary through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with SmartPLS software version 3. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
