This research aims to evaluate the performance of the Barru POMU Steam Power Plant (PLTU) Unit 2 through testing of Net Plant Heat Rate (NPHR), Specific Fuel Consumption (SFC), and Net Capability (Daya Mampu Netto - DMN). Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Lean Six Sigma melalui pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) untuk mengurangi cacat produksi pada kemasan fleksibel di PT XYC. Dari data produksi Desember 2024–April 2025, ditemukan tingkat cacat sebesar 9,2% dari total produksi.
