Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang prevalensinya tinggi pada kelompok lanjut usia serta berperan signifikan dalam timbulnya komplikasi kardiovaskular. Salah satu faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi dalam penatalaksanaan hipertensi adalah rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik.
