Menimbang keunggulan teroritis proses delignifikasi hidrotropi maka dalam penelitian ini dikaji proses delignifikasi rami menggunakan senyawa sodium benzoate dan urea yang merupakan salah satu jenis senyawa hidrotrop yang mudah dijumpai dan umun digunakan.
