Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Lean Six Sigma melalui pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) untuk mengurangi cacat produksi pada kemasan fleksibel di PT XYC. Dari data produksi Desember 2024–April 2025, ditemukan tingkat cacat sebesar 9,2% dari total produksi. Tiga cacat utama yaitu blocking, delamination, dan tinta tidak kering yang menghasilkan 93% dari total kecacatan.
