Distribusi nilai rata-rata digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan sistem IT berdasarkan parameter utama, seperti waktu respons, keandalan (Mean Time Between Failures/MTBF), kepuasan pengguna, ketersediaan, dan waktu pemulihan.
