Latar Belakang: Penyebab anemia pada remaja putri salah satunya menstruasi yang bisa terjadi dalam rentang usia 10-16 tahun atau pada masa awal remaja. Volume darah yamg keluar saat menstruasi mengakibatkan kehilangan zat besi sebanyak 12-15 mg per bulan atau 0,4-0,5 mg per hari.
