Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara kebijakan dividen, dewan komisaris independen, biaya audit, dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap manajemen laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2014-2018.
