Penelitian ini menganalisis aspek yuridis keabsahan tanda tangan digital dalam transaksi e-commerce di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini mengkaji urgensi pembaruan hukum terkait tanda tangan digital seiring perkembangan e-commerce.
