“Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandunga nitrat dan itrit serta bakteri Coliform yang ada pada air sungai. Uji kandungan nitrat dan nitrit serta bakteri Coliform dilakukan di PT.Sucofindo Semarang. Uji kandungan nitrat dan nitrit mengikuti Prosedur SNI nomor 06-69897.9-2011 dan 6989.9-2004 sedangkan uji total bakteri Coliform mengikuti prosedur SNI 93081-2010.
