Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengolah iles-iles (Amorphophallus sp.)
menjadi tepung glukomannan. dengan cara mengekstraksi glukomannan dari
iles-iles menggunakan air sebagai solven dan etanol sebagai pengendap.
Dalam penelitian ini digunakan variable tetap yaitu massa tepung iles-iles
sebanyak 35gr, sedangkan variabel berubah adalah volume solven sebanyak
300,600ml, suhu 40,80
