Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak angka melek huruf dan tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Banten. Data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Banten terdiri dari data angka melek huruf,pertumbuhan penduduk dan data pengangguran dalam kurun waktu tahun yaitu 2011-2019.
