Wonosobo merupakan salah satu daerah dengan tingkat gangguan lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi, terutama di sekitar RSUD Kabupaten Wonosobo. Jalan ini sering mengalami permasalahan arus lalu lintas yang mempengaruhi efisiensi dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan.
