Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan kepribadian terhadap intensi kewirausahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 61. Dengan analisis regresi, diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, namun kepribadian tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan.
